Leagues - AnySport

Returns the directory of leagues/competitions, filterable by country_id or league_id; is_cup distinguishes regular leagues from cups/international competitions (such as the World Cup). league_id is a required filter parameter for most downstream endpoints (fixtures, standings, top scorers, season list, etc.). When integrating, you’ll typically call this endpoint first (or combine it with 01 Country List) to obtain the league_id of the target league, then use it to query Season List for that league’s available season values. The data is largely static and can be cached locally.

`lang`	string	No	`en` / `zh-CN`; invalid values silently fall back to the default language — see `GET /languages` (19) for available values
