Injuries - AnySport

Returns the current list of injured/suspended players for a team or league (at least one of team_id / league_id required). The data is a current snapshot and does not support querying historical data by season. Typically used to show “unavailable players” on a pre-match analysis page, or an injury list on a team details page.

Parameters

At least one of team_id / league_id must be provided.

`lang`	string	No	`en` / `zh-CN`; invalid values silently fall back to the default language — see `GET /languages` (19) for available values

Injury data is a current snapshot (the latest injury list); there is no season dimension and season filtering is not supported.
